Terms of Service

These terms apply to bookings and services of Aljawhara Investments LLC (CR 1385267), brand "Aljawhara" / Aljawhara Yacht, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, including messages sent via our "Aljawhara Bots" WhatsApp service.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we send you a booking confirmation. Please check the details and tell us promptly of any error.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Thawani. Amounts and due dates are stated in your booking confirmation or invoice.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, changes and refunds follow the terms stated in your booking confirmation.

Conduct and safety on board

Guests must follow the captain's and crew's safety instructions at all times. The captain may refuse boarding, change or end a trip for safety or weather reasons, or for unsafe or unlawful behaviour.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, for loss of personal belongings, or for delays or cancellations caused by weather or events beyond our control.

WhatsApp messages

By booking you agree to receive service messages (confirmations, reminders, invoices) on WhatsApp. Reply STOP to opt out.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
