This policy explains how Aljawhara Investments LLC (CR 1385267, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman), operating the "Aljawhara" / Aljawhara Yacht chartering brand and the "Aljawhara Bots" WhatsApp messaging app, handles your personal data.

Data we collect

• Name
• Phone / WhatsApp number
• Email address
• Booking details (date, trip, guests)
• Payment status. Card data is processed by Thawani, our payment gateway; we do not receive or store card details.

Why we use it

• To manage your bookings
• To send WhatsApp notifications: booking confirmations, trip reminders, payment reminders and invoices
• To issue invoices
• To provide customer support

WhatsApp and Meta

We send messages via the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta, which processes message data on our behalf as a service provider/processor, subject to Meta's own terms and privacy policy.

Sharing

We share data only with Meta (WhatsApp message delivery), Thawani (payment processing), and our authorised staff and booking managers. We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and longer only where required for legal or accounting obligations.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, and restrict access to authorised staff.

Your rights

Under the Oman Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. See our Data Deletion page.

Reply STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages to stop receiving them.
